My partner & I were very impressed with Sam’s marketing ingenuity. We had a unique newer home in the Central Corridor of Phoenix and we sought Sam Francis out immediately as we had heard she used some different strategies. We hired her and the next thing we knew the photographer arrived for an experience of a lifetime. She had a couple of drones brought in and we had the most amazing photos taken ever! And she pays for the drone services which was outstanding. She also was able to put into place a home warranty (at her expense) to cover us while we were selling our home. Sure enough 2 weeks into the listing the pool pump broke and the cost for repairs was covered by the home warranty. That saved us over $900! We had a wonderful offer within 45 days and are now happily settled into our new home Sam found for us. You can’t beat service like this!

I had been working with another agent but after meeting Sam & seeing her quick response to my requests I decided to change agents. I have never been so happy. My dad needed a place right away but also wanted a deal! I’m a dentist so my time was limited but Sam took the time to look at everything for me and only brought me to the best homes. She made a stressful situation easy. We got the house we wanted for the price we wanted and were able to close in perfect time for Dad’s arrival. I would highly recommend Sam Francis!

Without Sam I would have never got my home…. This was an extremely complex situation with so many twists & turns I cannot tell you. I wanted to quit so many times but Sam kept after it. This was a short sale with a seller bankruptcy filed at the last minute and it took a year to close the deal. With Sam’s ability to talk to the banks involved as well as several attorney’s assigned to the case we even got the bank to hold to the original contract price even though the appraisal was higher. Donna & I had been looking for a 2nd home in the North Scottsdale are for our large family to come to in the winter.
