Without Sam I would have never got my home…. This was an extremely complex situation with so many twists & turns I cannot tell you. I wanted to quit so many times but Sam kept after it. This was a short sale with a seller bankruptcy filed at the last minute and it took a year to close the deal. With Sam’s ability to talk to the banks involved as well as several attorney’s assigned to the case we even got the bank to hold to the original contract price even though the appraisal was higher. It was a miracle and I am forever grateful to her for watching out for me. Loving my home in Carefree:)
